Cognizant usually is quick to announce results. With your Interview on 21 September, you must wait for atleast till the End of September, you will definitelt receive some communication from Cognizant, whether your Candidature has been selected or Rejected. One thing you could do is, connecting with People from Cognizant over Linkedin, and asking them regarding this. People inside will have a better idea regarding this issue.
