Hello Aspirant.

First of all I would like to tell that the full form of BIPC is Biology, Physics and chemistry and refers to the combination of subjects in Science stream at the intermediate or pre-university level in India. And, a commerce stream means a stream of education that deals with the study of business, accounts and trade.

If you have studied your class 11th and 12th with the commerce stream and now you want to do study or establish your career in BIPC stream as it's obvious that you can not go back to your school level and change your choice of studying BIPC but you can pursue your college level or high level studies in BIPC stream you can do graduation and post graduation or further studies in that stream. Yes, you can do but respective state universities/ institutions and colleges won't allow that but you can apply in any private college.

And yes one more thing if you want to give your intermediate's exams by changing your stream from commerce to BIPC. But in some states it may be difficult. But at last all depends upon you what you want to do in future.
