Yes,you are eligible for AP ICET if your distant mode of education is recognised by the joint committee of UGC,AICTE,DEC.
The other eligibility criteria requires you to have minimum 50 percent in graduation level.The degree should be of minimum three years from any recognised University or it's equivalent with Mathematics as one of the subjects in class 10th standard.
