The eligibility critical for NCHM JEE is as follows,

Candidates need to be 10+2 pass
Having English subject in 12 is mandatory

Things you need to get clear,

Admission will be cancelled if candidate fails to provide passing Certificate of 10+2 on or by sep/30/ 2020.
Admission will be confirmed only after certificate verification

Age limit

General and OBC upto 25 years
SC and ST upto 28 years
