I completed my 12th in 2018. I gave improvements exam in ALL SUBJECTS in 2019 and got better marks, which year of 12th passing will i get in my certificate? & which year of passing should I put in my JEE Advanced application? because if its 2018 I can't attempt but if its 2019 I can attempt advanced

No, it will remain to be 2018. Since there are maximum of two attempts for JEE Advanced, (for your case, these were in the year 2018 and 2019), you can not appear for JEE Advanced this year.

If you have applied for JEE Main (Jan) or planning to apply (JEE Main April), then scoring well in this exam may get you admission into a  NIT/IIIT/CFTI.

Also, you may apply to some private colleges, in case you don't get a satisfactory rank in JEE Main.
