Dear Pramod, you need to appear for NATA for admission into B.Arch. For being eligible for NATA, you should have completed your 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 50%. Even 10th and 3 year Diploma in any discipline from a recognised Board/Institution is also acceptable. The last date to fill in the NATA application for 1st attempt is March 11th.
