No it won't create a much problem for you to pursue MBA degree now. Only thing is you need to be prepared with a solid reason why you didn't able to do MBA after your graduation and what were you doing in this time period when you were not doing MBA. Make sure you tell them about the work which seems to be valuable and shows that you have learned something during this period or have filled up yourself with some experience.

These questions are generally asked in the interview if you are able to answer them properly as I suggested above then it will hardly be a problem for you. Then your selection will all depends on your performance in MBA exam, your academic profile and  if called in second round then performance in WSAT and interview.
