You can do the courses such as:

Certified Bank Manager Program
Diploma in Banking & Financial Services
Business Accounting and Taxation
Risk and Insurance Management
Property Insurance Course
Chartered Financial Analyst
Financial Risk Management
Financial Modeling

Also if you want you can go for higher studies.
