Rohini,

If you were only preparing for NEET since 2015 and you belong to Karnataka, your code wil be 03.
If yiu were only preparing for NEET since 2015 and you belong to any other State except for Karnataka, your code will be 02.
If you joined B.Sc which has atleast 2 subjects among Physics, Chemistry and Biology and completed your B.Sc, your code will be 06.
If you completed any other course, your code will be 07.
