Your code will be 02 if you have studied Biology also in your 12th. If you do not have Biology either as an additional subject or an additional subject then you are not eligible for NEET. If you have also studied Biology, though you completed your B.Tech because your highest relevant qualification is 12th, your qualification code is 02.
