If you have given the technical round interview and 15 or more days have passed then you can put a mail in the helpdesk of the cognizant regarding that, they will guide you about the updates. If you have recently given the interview and the time period is less than 15 days, then wait for the period and if not notified after 15 days, then you can mail the helpdesk of Cognizant in order to know more.
