Usually Private Candidates who have completed their 12th from Open Board, need to furnish the 12th school and marks details as their 11th details in the application form whichever form it might be. It is the general procedure. But when you are submitting the documents for proof, because you have done your 12th from Open Board, it is understood that you have only 12th academic documents. This should not be a problem.
