Hello,

The eligibility criteria to be eligible for AAI ATC is that a candidate must have passed Bachelor’s Degree of Three Years in Science (B. Sc.) with Physics and Mathematics or B.Tech in any discipline and must have studied Physics and Mathematics in one semester from a recognized board. The minimum overall percentage must be not less than 60% in the qualifying exam. So yes, you are eligible for AAI ATC since you have score more than 60% marks and studied Physics and Mathematics. You do not have to score 60% marks individually in Physics and Mathematics but you need to score overall 60% marks in the qualifying exam.
