I did engineering in mechanical Field but now I wanna do mass communication course. can you assist me about that?

Career in the field of Mass Communication :-

A degree in Mass communication opens the way to the opportunities like Public relations and Advertisement industry. Most of us get confused in between Mass communication and Journalism. But as the name suggest mass communication is all about communication with the mass i.e locality while the Journalism is about informing people about the something meaningful.

Eligibility Criteria

1. UG courses :- In most of the cases undergraduate courses only required the successful completion of Class XII from any board.

2. PG courses :- A postgraduate course would require the candidate to be below 30 years of age and the completion of a Bachelors degree in any discipline.

In this field the job requires the candidate to be skillful energetic and also creative. There are several job profiles offered to the graduates in mass communication such as  Sound Engineer , Film Director , Public Relations Officer , Sound Mixer and Sound Recorder , Special Correspondent , TV Correspondent , Producer , Radio Jockey/ RJ , Screenwriter , Art Director , Editor , Event manager , Video Jockey , Fashion Photographer Cartoonist , Illustrator , Critic , Photojournalist etc. Also after completing Mass communication degree an aspirant can join the following type of companies and areas such as  AIR - All India Radio , Circulation and Public Relations , Central Information Service , Legal Affairs Department , Journals , News Agencies , Press Information Bureau , Photography Companies , TV Channels , Radio Telecasting Companies , Websites Periodicals and Magazines , Newspapers , Advertising Agencies etc.
