The state quota doesn't depend on the place of your pursuing any level of education, be it graduation either. The state quota is determind by the domicile. If you have the address of Maharastra on your Aadhar Card, then you are a native of Maharastra. You can seek admission in that particular state, if you wish to, under the state quota.
