If you qualify for Jee Mains 2019 cutoff marks only then you shall furfher be eligible to appear for Jee Advanced.

Firstly you need to clear Jee Main Cutoff in 2019 attempts.

Thi syear 2.31 lakh candidates got qualified for appearing Jee Advanced.
