Hi,
Hope you are doing well, here is the answer for your question. Jee Mains is the all India Exam on the basis of which you are given admissions into Indian Institute of Technology(IITs ) and National Institute of Tehnologies (NITs) and all other indian institutes. It is not mandatory for the education of B.Tech. It is useful if you are dreaming of studying in big indian institutes. There are many colleges/institutes which take admission on the basis of 10 +2 marks, they do not consider jee mains marks in their admission process. They take the eligibility of only 45% marks in 10+2, its sufficient enough for admission in B.Tech. I hope I have clarified your query regarding Jee Mains exam. Any other queries related to it are always welcome.

Hello Kamtan
Yes you are eligible for BTech, but not in IITs or NITs. You can apply in other institues which gave their own entrance exams. You can try in private universities like IPU, Manipal, BhartiyaVidhyapeeth etc.
You will be able to do BTech. Every University has it's own minimum marks in 12th for eligibility. You can search a university of your choice in your state or outside and visit the website
Thank you
