If you are not getting any colleges in 1st round counselling then it's okay. You go for second counselling. But from the basic information i knew that if you are ready for counselling then you will never change the college name or add more colleges in 2nd counselling. Because you are already selected those colleges in the beginning of the counselling. So your 2ns counselling also upgrading through your previous selected colleges. If your rank is quite good then you will get a college in 2nd found counselling. But you didn't mention your rank so we didn't know about it.
