there is no chance to get admission in NITs/IITs without qualifying gate to do metch. you try for other deemed universities to get admission for mtech.

No you can only get IITs by part time mtech course.You can only get the chance in this course when you will be sponsored by a company or any institute. You can check out those criteria for this course in IIT and Nits.This can be option for you to get admission in IITS OR nits without clearing gate.Best of luck.
