I didn't registered in 1st round of upsee counselling but i want to register in 2nd round, how can i do?

You can directly register for second round you just need to pay the counseling which is around 2k but till last year they ask you to submit 10k and if you lock any seat this amount will be adjusted in your fees else if you withdraw you'll get the remaining amount, moreover you need fill you choices and you're good to go just wait for the results then.
