Bishal, we wish we could tell you that your application would be accepted slong with the photograph. Unfortunately there is a difference in scanning a photo and taking it through a mobile and editing it. It isn't the same. Now that there is a clear difference in the pixels and instructions given and those followed, the application will be rejected and no admit card will be released.

What matters is clarity of the picture and size below 80kb and 200 dpi resolution right ?
Picture is picture . Scan ho ya clicked ho !
Scan is a synonyms to taking picture only right ? Put some brain !!

Please tell me if you have gotten the admit card without scanning. I haven't scanned the thumb print I uploaded the picture taken by camera.
