I am sorry to say but now you have to enter into the counseling using general category. National testing agency has already mentioned that you have to make all the changes to your apication form only before the correction window closes. Once correctio  window gets closed then you can't made any changes. Now at your situation you have to sit for the counseling in general category in both india and state quota.
