Start working as soon as your school has started the course. By working in such a manner you will don't have to summarise everything at once.

Make sure to self study atleast 4-5 hrs everyday which should not include the completion of homework.  

Keep everything planned and schedule, set time bounded goals and make sure to complete them on time.

Don't loose your focus during the mid of your run to gain the desired percentage. 

Focus mostly on your main subjects so as later it will help you during your course determination.

The Answer is "WHY NOT" in two words. No one remembers class 11 anyway. I got only 43% in class 11, and by now, everyone has forgotten it.

However, now is the time to buckle up and start studying. Just increase your efficiency and everything will be fine. 

Make a habit of Studying atleast 50hrs/Week so that you can acheive your Goals with a proper revision time each and everyday.

If you start studying from the very beginning of the session then a mere regular revision of the topics covered in your school daily will help you reach your goal easily. Depending on your ability you can start studying for 3-5 hours daily. Increasing number of hours to 8-10 hours during the exam time will definitely fetch you 95% or above.
