This is the problem of many candidates...as many of candidates haven't received their EWS certificate yet .....

There is a solution of this problem ....you can still write JEE main ..if you submit a declaration form( which declare that you will upload EWS certificate by 5 june 2019) .. which available on the JEE advanced website .

So,.. you to upload EWS certificate by 5 June 2019.
