You can only change your uploaded images if NTA notifies you. And not mentioning your name and date on the photograph will not be a reason as to why your photo should be rejected. Having said that, if NTA doesn't notify you, consider your uploaded images to be compiling with NTA's guidelines. So wait to hear from NTA.

Yes you can correct your photo during correction period which will be released by NTA from 15 January,2020 and will be available till 31 January,2020 in official site of NTA. You can correct your photo or any other documents during this period.
