Hello Rakesh, an AIR of 56133 was the closing rank for ST category with 430 marks with a seat in Government Medical College, Mahbubnagar. We dont have State rank details. Generally when someone vacates Round 1 seats for a better option, they are released for Round 2. And after new approval, Telangana has got a total of 4600 MBBS seats and 1125 BDS seats. With a rank of 5000, you have slight chances of a seat in Round 2 for  BDS.
