Yes, If you have not your category certificate right now then you can fill jee mains application by mentioning genral category for now. Jee mains will open the correction facility window from 19th january to 21st january for February session, and in that you can correct your category too.And for March sessions too, the correction window will open. In correction window, you can change your category, academic details, personal details, change of paper, language of examination, name, state of eligibility, date of birth.
If you change you category from general to any other reserved category, then no refund of fees will be done.
