Hello student If you're concerned about MA course I'm sorry to inform you but as per eligibility criteria you're not eligible, as eligibility criteria says - Candidates must have secured 60 percent or CGPA equivalent to first division in Under graduate from a recognized university.

bcz of 1 % I"m not eligible or not having math in 12th with commerce is the reason of not getting admission in DSE?
