It seems like you are interested in pursuing civil engineering as a career. However, you have not memmentio your preferred colleges or universities which you are interested in. If you want to get into NITs and IITs then you need to appear the competitive examinations such as JEE, etc . You can also get into private engineering colleges. Good luck!
