Hello there,
For general category your 12th board marks should be greater than 75% and for sc category it should be above 65% to get admission in colleges. Since you have scored only 45% in 12th boards you are not eligible to get admission. You can write improvement exam and get better marks to get admission in colleges.

At these marks there is no chance to get admission in any govt college like NIT or Gfit At these marks your scran k is 23k and at this rank you will not be able to get admission in NIT IIIT Gfti because there is also a 65%criteria in 12th standard but i will give you a suggestion to get admission in best state government college of India if you given the paper of JEE mains and secured rank upto 5lakh and 12th percentage is good then you can take admission in any govt college by state counselling hope you understand please like it for more details please use our app for college prediction
