You can fill the applicaltion form by visiting the official website of SSC

ssc.nic.in (http://ssc.nic.in/)

here you need to mention your basic details and there is an option to choose the board from where you completed your 12th and there would be an option of CENTRAL BOARD OF SECONDARY EDUCATION (CBSE), which you have to choose.
