I don't have a pc and cmm with because I had placed in a company but I have od with me. can I attend the counseling

Hello,

You need to have mandotory certificates with you to take participate in counselling. Even you were placed in a company you might have taken your documents later. If you haven't then go n take it out now. With out the document you can't take part in counselling process.
