You need not worry about this a lot. Check your email inbox from which you registered. The time you did your registration APEAMCET have sent you a email containing your registration number. Incase you don't even have that e-mail then just answer security question and get your registration number.

In rare case if nothing works then just mail them on helpdesk and request for help.
