If you fulfill the eligibility criteria required for AIIMS MBBS, you can apply for the exam. Domicile is not required and it will not impact much on the admission process. 

In the AIIMS MBBS application form, in the field asking for 'State of Domicile' you can fill the state where you are residing.

According to the AIIMS MBBS Eligibility Criteria, candidate should have completed Class 12th from CBSE/ISC/State Board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as the main subject.
Minimum aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English should be 60% for General and OBC candidates and  50% for SC/ST candidates.

Age limit is 17 years.
