Yes, your seat can get cancelled if you don’t submit your Transfer Certificate (TC). Most colleges, including Jadavpur University, ask for the TC as proof that you have left your previous college.

You should contact your previous college quickly and request your TC. If there is any delay, inform Jadavpur University’s admission office. Sometimes, they may allow you to submit it later with a written request. But without informing them, not submitting the TC can risk your admission.
