i belong to OBC NCL category.in my CUET UG form i entered the application number of my OBC NCL certificate as it was not issued yet. That application was later rejected. if i reapply, the new application will have a different number, will this cause any issues during counselling or admission ?

OBC NCL certificate submitted during the application should be similar to one you will produce while appearing for counselling. There will be no problem is the certificate is original and same as uploaded during registration.
