The application for OBC NCL certificate can be done by both online and offline mode only if the person is eligible to get the cetificate.

To get a OBC certificate via offline mode,candidate must have to visit their nearby tehsil office,SDM office or revenue office.The candidate will be getting a application form which the candidate has to fill with correct information with their permanent address and has to paste a passport size photo along with a declaration form.After this,the candidate has to submit the application form with original documents in the office.After 30-35 days candidate will get his/her certificate.

For online mode,only a few state offers the facility to apply online for certificate.If a candidate belongs to the state who provides online mode,the candidate has to visit the state's backward class welfare portal.The person has to click on "apply for caste certificate online".The candidate has to fill all the necessary details in the block and verify the details,he/she has provided.After completing the verification,the candidate might get a acknowledgment slip with a number.After the verification,the candidate will be able to download the certificate via the portal.
