Hello!
Your mark sheet is more important than your passing certificate.
Certain colleges doesn't even ask for passing certificate and if they do you can go back to your school and ask them issue it again.
More than your 10th passing certificate your will need your 12th passing certificate.
Only your 12th mark sheet determines your admission in college.
