You need to contact the board cell of which you completed the 10th and 12th exam.

>> Visit the board home page i.e for ICSE board visit www.cise.org
>> Now in contact us section you can note down the phone number and mail id.
>> Mail your problem and attach the mark sheet and also mention the roll number/Index number.
>> You will get a reference number of your complaint which can be traced by calling at the board contact number.
