1. The GATE 2019/GPAT 2019/PGECET 2019 Score Card or Rank Card and Hall Tickets.
2. Degree Orginal Certificates and Marks Memos.
3. Intermediate(12th class) or Diploma original certificates and marks memos.
4. SSC Marks Memo and Orginal Certificates.
5. Study Certificate from 10th class to graduation.
6. Caste certificate (BC/ST/SC).
7. Residence Certificate of Father or Mother for a period of 10 years in A.P.
8. Graduation Transfer Certificate.
9. Income Certificate.
10. Ration Card.
11. Aadhar Card.
