I have only marks memorandum of my B. Tech don't have PC(provisional certificate).Any problem will happen document verification time???

I don't have my PC but have marks memos of each sem of my b.tech.I have counselling of document verification on 31st August .So is there any problem at document verification time in specified Universities. They ask for PC in the list of documents verification.
