I don't have the same photo as uploaded on my neet admit card if i paste another photo iam eligible to appear exam or not

There's no need to worry about this as you can use any other current photo of yours. They ask you to give the same photo as it becomes easy for them to identify you but in case you don't have that photo, you can use other current photo of yours,  and it will serve your purpose. No need to worry at all.
