I don't remember if I chose yes for the special round seat allocation, if I WITHDRAW from JoSAA, would that allow me to take CSAB?

Hi.

It is recommended that you do not withdraw from JOSAA until and unless you are absolutely sure. There must be a way to confirm you option selection, consider logging into JOSAA website and finding out online details.

CSAB requires fresh candidates which means regardless of your JOSAA withdrawal you might be able to take admission if you have marked YES for Special Round Seat Allocation.

Good Luck
