As you have not mentioned your exact marks it is a bit difficult to calculate your precise rank but since your percentile is 69 your score would be around 235-238 and on that score you rank should be around 468748 - 538898.

1) Your obtained marks

2) Your subject-wise percentile

3) Overall percentile

4) Your NEET All India Rank

5) Your category rank(if applicable)

Now, you'll have to wait for your state counselling to commence and the state merit or rank list to be released to know your state rank . Till then it exactly can't be said as it depends upon the overall performance of all the students of a particular state . Still if you want you can have a very rough idea by looking at the last year's NEET AIR v/s state rank list of your state .
