Dear Applicant,

I hope you are doing well. The correction date is already over so that certificate may not help you now. If you had it at the time it would be helpful now the admission will most probably go in accordance to what you have applied for. Because they remove a list based or merit etc...

Just in case carry it during councelling might come in handy if your lucky.
