I don't want to fill jee main form in September.Can I fill the form in April when second time jee main is conducted and give the exam in April ?

Yes, you can appear in any of the one in which you want to.But i would recommend you to appear in January exam too as it will be counted as one attempt even if you will appear in both the exams.So, you should attempt this one too as this will give you can idea and confidence.
