yes of course you can write the exam in april.the NTA gives you a oppurtunity to improve your score.this is the reason it is conducted twice and the best will be taken.so there is no such problem.so the registration portal will be open from 7th february to 7th march.the exam will be held on 5,7,8,9,11 of april.
