Unless you replying for rent using an OBC certificate or are planning to do so there is no problem in what you have done
You will be appearing as a General candidate and getting a rank is a General candidate and if your rank is good enough with regards to a General candidate you'll get your city they're using the 85% state quota 15% all India quota
Sadly you will not be able to use your OBC certificate this time since you did not avail for the option
