Hello Aditi, 

              Clat 2019 was considered a bit easier than Clat 2018 which thus resulted in higher marks of students.

             The admission to any college depends on the cutoff which furthet depends on  two main factors :

    - student's performance in exam

    -  no. of seats available 

    Thus for UR quota  yes you may not get into some top NLU's but yes you have fair chances to get into one of the NLU.
