Well telling that you would get admission or not is not possible. So let me inform you that yes you are eligible according to the marks but they have only 100 seats which means if 100 people having marks than you would apply for the admission then you won't be able to get admission in there.

Well the course extends for about 5.5 years and the total fees would be Rs. 81 lakh.

With 220 marks , there are less chances of getting a seat in a Medical College. But since , you are asking for Vinayaka, Pondicherry which is a private college, there are chances of getting a seat there. First you can apply through State counselling , if you don't get in that , then there is a Management Quota in every private college. You can surely get a seat in Management quota of this college because it has 100 seats which is very good no.

The fee structure is almost 81 lakhs for full term MBBS course.
